- How can I check for the correct size for me?

 

To determine the best size is very much important so that it can satisfy our purchasing needs. To check the available sizes in the selected product just go to the product and click on VIEW MORE DETAILS. It will show you the optional sizes that too product specific. For example if Your choice is Clothing it will display the available sizes in S (small), M (medium), L (Large) etc. and if Your choice is Footwear then it will display available sizes in Euro 41, Euro 42, Euro 43 etc..

- What can be done in case of non availability of any product in my size and if i want to order the same?

 

We try to deliver our best and make the availability of possible sizes still in case of non availability of any size your feedbacks are most welcome. You may put your feedback in the FEEDBACK column and we will get back to you as soon as the same size is available.

- How to check if order can be delivered at my Door step?

 

Finding the possibility of deliverability of product at your door step is very easy here at Shoplik. The time you click on the option PLACE ORDER NOW, it asks to confirm your billing address along with the six digit area PIN code. Here we have a preset information of the PIN codes where Shoplik deliver its product, therefore if the desired PIN cod matches the preset PIN code it will took you to another option, otherwise it will ask you to enter a new address.

- How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

 

We dedicatedly work for customer satisfaction and consider the delivery of products on most priority. We deliver most of our products ordered by you within 6 – 7 working days. For some products delivery time may be extended up to 15 days.

- What is the procedure of delivering a product in Shoplik?

 

All orders placed on Shoplik are dispatched through our courier partners such as DTDC and Delhivery. To make our delivery services better, we are planning to come up with in house courier service and till the time we are in line up with some more courier partner.

- Can I place order for out of India address?

 

At this point of time we are delivering the products inside India only.

- How to apply a coupon?

 

We always prefer to provide all possible opportunities to gain coupons and cash back schemes for our valuable customers. You can apply a coupon on the payment page before you place an order. As soon as you click on PLACE YOUR ORDER NOW, it will ask you to enter the coupon code if you have any. Once you enter your coupon code it will verify the same with prefixed details and validate your benefits.

- What all are the alternatives for payment on Shoplik?

 

We provide flexibility for our customers in terms of payment. You can pay for your orders in any of the mentioned options:

- How does the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option work?

 

Cash on delivery option is available and you can select the same for selected PIN codes. If the Cash on delivery service is available on your PIN code, it will automatically reflect in the payment option while making payment for your order. With the cash on delivery option you may pay for your orders in cash at the time delivery of product at your door step. COD is free on all order above Rs 999, otherwise COD charges are Rs 49. COD is applicable up to orders for Rs. 10000/- only.

- I am unable to see Cash on Delivery (COD) option on my payment page?

 

In case you are not able to view the cash on delivery option while placing your order, following may be the possible reason:

1. Your order value may be more than Rs. 10000/-

2. Our courier partners may not be supporting cash on delivery option in the area PIN code entered by you.

- What can I do in case of failure of payment?

 

We try to minimise the payment failure options from our end still it is not completely in our hands and errors can arise at any point of time. In such case retry the making payment of your order after ensuring accurate details including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. In case it still fails, you may select cash on delivery option.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back in to your respective account with 15 working days of the same.

Order Tracking, Shipping and Delivery

- Shoplik Shipping Policy:

 

We deliver the products ordered by you within 6 – 7 working days. For some products delivery time may be extended up to 15 days. To ensure timely delivery of your orders please take care of the following while providing your contact details and shipping address.

  • Provide a correct and reachable phone number which we shall need to use regarding delivery related queries.
  • Provide full address with House No., Street Name and locality with an easily recognizable Landmark. Also enter correct City, State and Zip Postal Codes in order to avoid order getting misrouted.
Cash on Delivery orders shall be shipped after a final verification regarding the authenticity of the order. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address provided to receive the order and pay the cash amount due.
- What are the shipping charges on Shoplik products?

 

Shipping is absolutely free at Shoplik.com, above orders worth Rs.499. Otherwise there is a nominal charge of Rs.49.

- How can I check the status of my order?

- How long will it take in Shoplik to refund for my cancelled order?

 

In case your payments are already debited from your account using a Credit Card, Debit Card or net banking and you wish to cancel your order, you may reach our customer support at +91-8447555444 and inform about cancellation of your order. Once the same will be cancelled, your payment will be refunded within 15 working days of cancellation of order.

- What is the refund policy in Shoplik?

 

Any damaged or defective products can be returned and a refund/exchange can be availed within 15 days of delivery of the item. This policy is applicable to products displayed on Shoplik.com except Products of personal care i.e. Inner wears, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products and personal care, Jewellery, Swimsuits, Socks, Furniture, CDs, Books and Toys. Products once used shall not qualify for return.

- How do I return a product to Shoplik?

 

Please pack the product with all accompanying material that was delivered with the product in best secure way and dispatch at the registered address available on our website.

As soon as we will receive your package, we will send you a confirmation email as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.

- How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?

 

We at Shoplik try our best to confirm your return orders amount however, It may take up to 15 days to refund for your returns.

- Does Shoplik pick up the product I want to return from my location?

 

At present we are not picking up returns from your location therefore you are supposed to courier products at the registered address of Shoplik.com, available on our website.
